Reenactors registering on or before March 16 can pay $5.00 and after March 16 registration will be $8.00. These fees help to offset the expenses of running the event.

Event Coordinator – Bob Bardsley –

This is an invitation only event. If you would like an invitation, please contact the event coordinator. No walk-ons!

  • Proof of Insurance is required if discharging a weapon. Weapon demonstrations must be approved and scheduled with the chair of the event.
  • No military vehicles without permission!! No tracked vehicles. Please, contact the event coordinator for permission!
  • Battlefield combatants must be 16 years of age or older. Any child may participate in civilian activities.
  • All participants, by registering for and attending this event, agree that any sponsoring organization or unit or agents or employees thereof will not be held liable or responsible for loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during this event.
  • All participants further agree to obey the orders of the event chair and to adhere to the rules and regulations of the event.
  • Any violation of orders, rules or regulations will result in exclusion from the event, ejection from the park, and may result in arrest.
  • All PA state park regulations will be enforced.
  • No drunken or boisterous behavior will be tolerated. No illegal drug use.
  • No pets, horses or other animals.
  • No modern camping.
  • Modern vehicles must be removed from the event site by 11a.m. each day. Vehicles may return ONLY after 5 p.m. If you need to leave between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., you must walk your belongings off site. Reenactor parking will be provided.
  • ALL spent brass must be picked up off the ground to prevent the resident farm animals from eating the spent brass. Please, keep the animals safe and healthy by picking up ALL spent brass you find.
  • No participants will be permitted on site until after 3:00pm on Friday.
  • The event will be open to the public between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday and 11a.m. and 3p.m. on Sunday.
